Your files are never uploaded
The core principle of FORMATTO is privacy-first. All conversion tools on this site run 100% inside your browser (client-side) using WebAssembly and Canvas API. This means: files you select are never sent to our servers — never uploaded, stored, or accessed by anyone.
Once you close the tab or refresh the page, files and conversion results disappear from browser memory.
Data we collect
Because all processing happens on your device, we do not collect files, images, or any content. We only see aggregated anonymous analytics (if enabled), such as visitor counts, pages viewed, and devices used — to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for ad tracking. Technical cookies (if any) are only used for basic site functionality and not to identify you.
Third-party ads
If we display ads in the future, third-party ad providers may use cookies to show relevant ads. This policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
