About FORMATTO

FORMATTO is a file conversion service built on one simple belief:file conversion should be free, fast, and never snoop on your files.

Many converter sites ask you to upload files to their servers — then store them, limit them, or force you to create an account. We do the opposite: all conversions run directly on your deviceusing WebAssembly and Canvas API supported by modern browsers.

Because no server processes your files, we can keep this service free forever without limits, without watermarks, and without needing to know who you are.

We started with an image converter (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and more) and will keep adding new tools — all with the same principle: your files never leave your device.
